IRS Non-Profit Reporting Requirements

The Grand Marais Sno-Trails Association was granted non-profit status under IRS Code, Section 501(c) (4). In accordance with regulations, certain documents must be made available to the public. The code further indicates that placing these documents on the Internet fulfills this requirement. Some of these documents are made available in pdf format and require Adobe Reader to view. Adobe Reader may be downloaded from the Internet, free of charge.
